1. Responsible for online inspection of all process products of the company
2. Control, inspect and supervise the quality of key and special processes
3. Properly handle defective products of process products
4. Put forward improvement opinions or Suggestions on the quality inspection methods and standards of process production
5. Inventory the products in the storage process
6. Fill in corresponding records and report to corresponding departments
Iv. Production team leader;
Education: 2 persons with junior college or above, 3000-8000 yuan salary,
Job Responsibilities:
1. To organize the formulation and revision of relevant rules and regulations and operating procedure standards within the scope of responsibilities under their jurisdiction, and supervise the implementation after approval.
2. Organize and implement workshop production plan:
(1) Organize the formulation of the production plan of the workshop according to the production plan of the enterprise;
(2) Responsible for organizing and arranging production work according to plan and ensuring production schedule;
(3) Reasonably allocate personnel and equipment, adjust production layout and production load, and improve production efficiency.
3. Production process management:
(1) Presided over regular workshop meetings and coordinated workshop work comprehensively;
(2) Supervise and guide the production process, and at the same time control the production quality to ensure the production quality;
(3) Supervise and inspect the work of workshop staff, warn and correct illegal operations;
(4) Participate in the analysis of product quality problems, formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures;
(5) Supervise and inspect the self-inspection and mutual inspection in the production process to prevent the unqualified products from flowing into the next process.
4. Production site management:
(1) Establish the site management system and guide and train the site management knowledge;
(2) Promote the 7S site management system and realize the standardized management of the production workshop;
(3) Timely assess the 7S implementation of workshop staff, implement rewards and punishments to ensure the implementation of the system.
5. Workshop production safety management:
(1) Responsible for implementing various production safety systems of the enterprise and carrying out regular safety inspection;
(2) Control key and critical parts, eliminate potential safety hazards, and prevent safety accidents;
(3) Organize regular education and training on production safety and guide employees in safe operation.
6. Workshop production cost control:
(1) Statistical analysis of the daily production situation of the workshop to seek improvement and improve production efficiency;
(2) Statistical analysis of workshop cost consumption, develop operational cost control measures.
7. Workshop staff management:
(1) Organize workshop production staff to participate in business training;
(2) Cooperate with the Human Resources Department in attendance checking and wage accounting of workshop staff.
8. Other Work:
(1) Responsible for coordinating the relationship with other relevant departments;
(2) Timely communicate with superior leaders and other departments to solve emergencies occurred in the production process;
(3) Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.
Iv. Accounting/warehouse
Education: 2 persons with junior college degree or above, salary RMB 3000-5000,
Professional skills required:
1. Familiar with accounting standards and relevant financial regulations;
2. Have good basic knowledge of accounting and basic accounting treatment ability.
Work Experience Requirements:
1. Engaged in financial work for more than 1 year;
2. Accounting experience is preferred.

V. NUMERICAL control/turning
5 persons with technical secondary school education and above, and the salary is 4500-6000.
